Yes! We ship to the following non European countries: Norway, Switzerland and Great Britain. When ordering from a non European country, keep in mind that import taxes may apply. These taxes differ per country. The buyer is responsible for these charges.

Yes, this is possible. If your desired item is no longer available online, but is available in one of our brand stores, please feel free to contact the brand store in question. They will help you with the payment and delivery of your order. Within Europe you do not have to pay shipping costs.

A discount code can be used once. If items are returned after using a discount code on the order, the discount code cannot be used again.
Credit in the form of a gift card can be used multiple times. You do not have to spend this amount at once. Click here for questions about refunds when using a gift card.
Keep an eye on our website; the current delivery times are listed on the item page, in your shopping basket and at the check-out. During sales and holidays there may be longer delivery times; please bear this in mind. You will find the most updated delivery times at the top of the page. You will receive an email as soon as the order has been shipped. You can use the tracking number in this email to follow the package.
At the moment we only ship with DHL.
GLS (within the Netherlands)
Delivery within 1 to 2 days after shipment. Delivery from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays).

Delivery within 2 to 5 days after shipment. Delivery from Monday to Saturday (except on public holidays).
Yes, that’s possible. You can enter a new delivery address when placing your order. Shipping to a PO Box is not possible.
This depends on which country you are ordering from.

Unfortunately this happens when an article is out of stock. We are very sorry about that. You will receive an e-mail from us as a confirmation and we will make sure to refund you the purchase amount within 2 workdays.
It is possible that the article that was cancelled by us, comes back in stock later on. If you still wish to receive the article, it is best to place an order again, or apply for receiving an email when this article is restocked.
