Everything you need to know.

Article 1 – Digital gift card terms and conditions

GENERAL

Issuer: The digital gift card is issued by Summum Woman B.V., located at Gyroscoopweg 68-74, 1042 AC Amsterdam, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 34120194.

Direct delivery: When purchasing the digital gift card, the consumer must enter a valid email address during the checkout process. Immediately after completing the order, an email will be sent to the email address provided by the consumer during the checkout process. This email will contain a link to the digital gift card purchased by the consumer.

Circumstances beyond Summum's control that result in the digital gift card not being received correctly or with a delay, including but not limited to the provision of an incorrect email address, a full mailbox, firewall or spam blocks, are not at Summum's expense and risk, and Summum is therefore not liable for this.

Validity: The digital gift card is valid for 24 months after the date of purchase and can be used during this period to purchase items from Summum. After this period, the digital gift card can no longer be used and any (remaining) credit will automatically expire.

Right of withdrawal: Digital gift cards can be returned within 14 days of the date of purchase, provided that the digital gift card has not yet been redeemed/used. Once the digital gift card has been redeemed/used, the right of withdrawal expires. Withdrawal must be made in writing by sending an email to: service@summumwoman.com.

TERMS OF USE

The digital gift card can only be used for purchases on summumwoman.com. The digital gift card can be redeemed/used online by entering the code of the digital gift card in the ‘Discount code or gift voucher’ box during the checkout procedure, prior to any other form of payment.

Residual value: If the purchase amount is lower than the credit on the digital gift card, the remaining balance will remain available until the end of the validity period. If the purchase amount is higher than the credit on the digital gift card, the consumer must pay the excess using another payment method accepted by Summum.

The remaining balance of a digital gift card can be checked via the link in the email.

Not exchangeable for cash: The digital gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or other (digital) credit/ (e-)gift cards.

Returns: If the consumer returns a product that was originally paid for with a digital gift card, any refund will be credited back to the digital gift card used for the original transaction, in which case this digital gift card may be resent to the consumer by email.

If the consumer returns a product that was originally paid for using multiple payment methods, any refund will first be credited via the payment method(s) used for the original transaction (e.g. credit card, debit card) up to a maximum of the original amount paid via that method. The remaining amount of any refund will then be credited to the digital gift card used for the original transaction, in which case this digital gift card will be sent to the consumer again by email.

LOSS, THEFT, UNAUTHORISED USE

The consumer is responsible for the use and security of the purchased digital gift card. Loss, theft or unauthorised use of the digital gift card is therefore at the consumer's risk and Summum is in no way liable for this. In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use of the digital gift card, no replacement or refund will be made.

These digital gift card terms and conditions (in addition to the other general terms and conditions) apply to all digital gift cards issued by Summum.
