Privacy statement Summum
This privacy statement informs you about the nature and scope of the processing of personal data by Summum Woman B.V. (hereinafter Summum).
Summum processes your personal data because you use our services or webshop and/or because you provide them to us yourself, for example in the context of our Voyado loyalty program (VIP program).
Summum attaches great importance to dealing carefully with personal data. Personal data are therefore carefully processed and protected by Summum.
During processing, Summum observes the requirements of privacy law. This means, among other things, that:
• Summum clearly states the purposes for which personal data are processed. Summum does so by means of this privacy statement;
• Summum limits the collection of personal data to only those personal data which are required for legitimate purposes;
• Summum asks consumers first for their express consent to the processing of personal data in cases where such consent is required;
• Summum implements security measures for the protection of consumer personal data and also requires such measures from parties processing consumer personal data on Summum's behalf;
• Summum respects the right to access, correct or delete personal data on request.
Summum is the party responsible for data processing. This privacy statement explains which personal data is collected and used and for what purpose. We recommend that you read this statement carefully.

Personal data we collect and process
The personal data we collect when you use/ visit the webshop of Summum, buy our products or use our services (including our loyalty programme Voyado) include the following:
• Your contact details. Your name, postal address and other contact details, such as your telephone number and e-mail address, and any other contact details you provide to us (including delivery and billing address);
• Your payment information and location data when placing an order;
• Other personal data that you actively provide, for example by creating an account in our webshop or a profile in Voyado, such as gender, date of birth, favorite products/ color.
• Your electronic identification data and other information we automatically collect when using our webshop and Voyado, such as IP address, location data, details of your activities on our website, data on your surfing behavior across different websites (for example, because this company is part of an advertising network), internet browser and device type.
• Order history
Purposes of the processing/ use of personal data
The personal data Summum collects is exclusively used for the following purposes:
For the performance of our agreement with you When you place an order with us, we use your personal data for processing, for example for delivering goods and processing your payment. If necessary for proper processing, we may also provide your personal data to third parties. More information about this will be provided later in this statement.
Offering customers the opportunity to register
To access certain Summum services/parts of the website, customers must first register with their own account. After registration, the customer has access to a personal environment where his/her personal data is stored in a password-protected customer account. In this way do not have to fill re-enter your details every time. With our portal you can access your personal environment at any time to fill in, delete and change the registered personal data. You can also delete the account at any time.

In addition to advertisements on our website, we can also inform you of our new products and services:

• Via social media
Newsletter
We offer a newsletter to inform interested parties about our products and/or services. Every newsletter contains a link by which you can unsubscribe. Your e-mail address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your explicit permission.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our web shop. We have concluded a processing agreement with Google in order to make agreements about how our data is handled. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained Analytics information for other Google services, and finally we have anonymised the IP addresses.13.
Cookies
Functional, analytical and tracking cookies are used on our website. A cookie is a small text file that is stored in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone when you visit this website for the first time. We use cookies with a purely technical functionality. They ensure that the website works properly and that, for example, your preferences are remembered. These cookies are also used to make the website work properly and to optimize it. In addition, we place cookies that track your surfing behaviour so that we can offer you tailor-made content and advertisements. When you first visited our website, we already informed you about these cookies and asked your permission to place them.
You are free to disable cookies through your browser. Please note, however, that it is possible that our website will then no longer function optimally. You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser so that it no longer saves cookies. You can also delete all information previously stored using your browser settings.
We have made agreements with third parties who place cookies about the use of the cookies and applications. However, we do not have complete control over what the providers of these applications do with the cookies when they read them. To comply with our legal obligations
Personal data we collect may be used to comply with a legal obligation to which we are subject, such as supervisory bodies, fiscal authorities or investigation bodies.

Summum processes personal data on the following legal bases:
• Performance of a contract
• Consent
• Legitimate (commercial) interest
Sharing the personal data with third parties
We will not sell your data to third parties and will only pass your data on to our partners. These partners are (partly) located outside the EU. We have strict agreements with them to comply with the European privacy rules.
We will not provide the data linked to your username to third parties, unless this is necessary within the framework of the execution of the agreement you have concluded with us or if this is required by law. In case of suspected fraud or abuse of our web shop, we may hand over personal data to the competent authorities.
In order to offer you Klarna’s payment methods, we might in the checkout pass your personal data in the form of contact and order details to Klarna, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment methods and to tailor those payment methods for you. Your personal data transferred is processed in line with Klarna’s own privacy notice.
If necessary for the service, we can collect location data (GPS) from you. Your consent will be asked at the time of collection. These (location) data can also be stored and processed by the provider of the navigation/mapping software, such as Google Maps, but the data can also be used by Google or Apple themselves, for example. We have no influence on this. We recommend that you read the relevant privacy statement of the provider in question.
We do not publish your customer data.
Security
We will take reasonable steps to ensure that your Personal Data are properly secured using appropriate technical, physical, and organizational measures, so that they are protected against unauthorised or unlawful use, alteration, unauthorised access or disclosure, accidental or wrongful destruction, and loss.
In particular, we take the following measures:
• Access to personal data is protected with a user name and password
• Access to personal data is protected with a user name and a login token
• We take physical measures to protect access to the systems where personal data is stored
• We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) that safeguard all information between you and our website when you enter personal information
• We keep logs of all retrievals of personal data
Third party websites
This privacy statement does not apply to third-party websites that are linked to our web shop. We cannot guarantee that these third parties will handle your personal data in a reliable or safe manner. We advise you to read the privacy statement of these websites before using them.
Data retention
We retain your Personal Data for as long as required to satisfy the purpose for which they were collected and used (for example, for the time necessary for us to provide you with customer service, answer queries or resolve technical problems), unless a longer period is necessary for our legal obligations or to defend a legal claim.
Your rights
Right of access: You can ask which of your personal data we use.
Right to rectification: You have the right to request that we correct, adjust or complete your personal data if we have inaccurate or incomplete data relating to you. You can also correct, adjust or complete your personal data yourself by updating your account.
Right to withdraw consent
Right to delete: You have the right to request deletion of any irrelevant personal data we hold about you when (i) the data is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are collected; (ii) you withdraw your consent and there is no other legal ground for processing; (iii) you object to the processing in case of direct marketing purposes, or – in any other case – there is no overriding legitimate ground for processing; (iv) we unlawfully processed your data. If you have such a request and all requirements are met, we shall make sure that we erase the data of which we are not under a legal obligation to retain.
Right to restriction of processing: You can ask us to temporarily stop using your personal data. For example, because you want to wait for a decision on another request first.
Right to data portability: You can ask us to transfer your personal data to another organisation.
Right to object: You can sometimes object to the processing of your personal data.
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data modification or a request to withdraw your permission or objection to the processing of your personal data to customercare@summumwoman.com.
To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your proof of identity with the request. In this copy, please make sure that your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) are blacked out. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
Of course, we are happy to help you if you have any complaints about the processing of your personal data. Under privacy legislation, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority against this processing of personal data. To do so, please contact the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
