How do you earn points? You automatically earn points with every purchase. You receive 1 point for every €1 you spend.
How do you redeem points for a voucher? At 300 points, these are converted into a €10 voucher every Friday. You can find them in my account and you will receive an email notification.
How long are the points valid? Points do not expire.
How long are the vouchers valid? Your voucher is valid for 6 months from the moment you receive it. You can find your active vouchers under ‘VIP program’ in my account.
How do I use a voucher? Online, your discount vouchers appear in your shopping cart when you are logged in. In Brandstores, a staff member will gladly apply them for you.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine your voucher and a discount code at checkout.

With every purchase, online and in-store, you automatically save for vouchers. If you have saved a minimum of €300, at least one voucher of €10 will be paid out. This happens automatically!
A savings voucher is valid for 6 months after disburse, use it before then!
In-store: At checkout you will be asked for your e-mail address or postal code so that your purchase can be registered in your account. The shop assistant can see how many points you have saved and which vouchers you have open.

Your vouchers and points are visible online in your account. Log in with the correct e-mail address and click on 'Summum member programme'. Your available voucher can be clicked here to use for your purchase. Click on 'use voucher'.

And paste it in the 'discount code bar' in the check out.

Yes you do! From the moment you sign up for the programme, you save points on all your purchases, in-store and online. Please note that you can only use one e-mail address, to which these points will be linked. Did you register with a different e-mail address than the one linked to your existing account? Please ask in-store or our customer service if your accounts can be merged.

First, it’s important to know which email address you used to sign up for our loyalty program. This email address is used to track the points you’ve earned with each purchase.
Points will appear in your account 14 days after your purchase.
Vouchers are also visible during checkout, so make sure you enter the correct email address.

Our system is set up so that you receive a gift on the birthday you shared with us. You can see this date in your online account. Is your birthday date not entered correctly? Please contact our customer service.

Your vouchers are a means of payment and can therefore be used at any time, with the exception of sale items. Minimum spend €70.

Welcome and birthday vouchers are not reissued when you return or exchange an item.The voucher amount is divided equally among the items in your order.
Are you returning one or more items? In that case, you will receive a refund for the amount you actually paid for those items, including the discount applied by the voucher.

When a voucher is used in a purchase, the voucher discount is distributed per product purchased, based on the margin per product.
For example:
If a €10 voucher is used on a purchase with two products:
A luxury singlet for €44.95 (36% of the total price)
A basic turtleneck for €79.95 (64% of total price)
Total price: €124.90
The €10 voucher will be divided as follows:
€44,95 - €3,60 = €41,35
€79,95 - €6,40 = €73,55
With a new total of: €114.90
Now, for example, if one of the items is returned, such as the luxury singlet, the €3.60 will be returned to your member account and the points will be recalculated based on previously saved points, purchases and returned items. The €6.40 will remain redeemed.
This mechanism does not make mistakes, you will always receive what you are entitled to!
