EU COUNTRIES
You can easily return your products within 14 days, as long as they are unworn and undamaged, with the labels attached and packed in the original packaging.
Follow the steps below to return your order:
1. Place the items in the original packaging and shipping box.
2. Go to the returns portal: https://summumwoman.returnista.com
3. Follow the steps in the returns portal and pay for the return label.
4. Print the label and stick it on the box or take the QR code to the nearest drop-off point of the chosen carrier.

NON-EU COUNTRIES
You can easily return your products within 14 days, as long as they are unworn and undamaged, with the labels still attached and packed in the original packaging.
Follow the steps below to return your order:
1. Place the items in the original packaging and shipping box.
2. Go to the returns portal: https://summumwoman.returnista.com/
3. Follow the steps in the returns portal to register the return shipment.
4. Go to the carrier of your choice and purchase a return label. The costs are at your own expense.
Please note: returns from non-EU countries are at the buyer's risk.

Would you like to return an item? You can easily do so through our return portal.
For returns from the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and France, return fees start at €4.95, depending on the selected carrier and drop-off location.
For Luxembourg, Denmark, Austria, Poland, and the Czech Republic, return fees start at €7.95.
For all other countries, return fees start at €10.95.
These fees are paid at the time you register your return.
Once we have received and processed your return, the purchase amount will be refunded to your account within 14 days.* Please note that bank processing times may vary. Any delays resulting from this are beyond our control.
*Excluding weekends, public holidays, and periods of exceptionally high volume.
Voor Luxemburg, Denemarken, Oostenrijk, Polen, Tsjechië zijn de retourkosten vanaf €7,95.
Voor de overige landen zijn de retourkosten vanaf €10,95. Deze kosten voldoe je direct bij het aanmelden van je retour.
Na ontvangst en verwerking van je retour storten wij het aankoopbedrag binnen 14 dagen terug op je rekening.* Houd er rekening mee dat de verwerkingstijd per bank kan verschillen. Eventuele vertragingen die hieruit voortvloeien, liggen buiten onze invloed.
