Refunds

  • We have introduced shipping and return fees to make our customers more aware of ordering and returning packages. Will you help us reduce CO emissions?

  • You can return your online purchases within 14 days after receiving the package. You are allowed to try on the ordered items at home as you would in our physical stores. As far as possible the items should be returned in their undamaged original state.

    Buyers returning their orders from the United Kingdom and Norway are responsible for the return shipping costs. We advise thse customers to reach out to our customercare team: service@summumwoman.com, to share the tracking information with us. This way we can make sure the package will reach us correctly.


    Click here, log in, register your return and create a shipping label.

    In order to return your order, you will need an order number and the email address you used to place your original order.


    After you have followed the steps, a return label will be created. Print it out, stick it
    on your package and hand it in at your nearest DHL Service Point.


    Within 10 days after your package arrives at Summum, you will receive your purchase price back.

  • You have the right to cancel the contract, and return your order within a period of 14 days without giving reasons. The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you receive the order.


    If you return an order, please note the following conditions:

    - The product(s) you wish to return must be visibly unworn, undamaged, with attached price tag and in proper packaging. If the product arrives damaged, we may charge you for depreciation.

    - If the product you wish to return was either incorrectly delivered, damaged upon delivery or damaged within the returnperiod, we require you to report this to our customer care team before returning the product.

    - It is preferable that you return the product in its original packaging.

    - Finally, please make sure the return label is securely attached to the packaging. Make sure to place the label on top of any old label with barcode and or ordernumber. Make sure the ordernumber of the return is visible and readable.

  • Yes, we have no other way of receiving and processing your return.

    However when ordered outside of the EU, the order can not be registered in our returnportal. In this case the customer returns at their own risk

  • Once we have received your package, we will do our best to refund as quickly as possible. You will be refunded the purchase price within 14 days of the arrival of your return. You will be refunded the purchase price in the same way you have paid your order.

  • You can return your in sotre npurchase within 14 days in one of our brand stores. You can also do this in a different shop than where you made the purchase. Bring the purchase receipt or the corresponding bank statement with you to the brand store.

    The items must, if reasonably possible, be returned unworn, undamaged, with the price tag attached and in as original a condition as possible. You will then receive a refund of the purchase price through your account number. We do not refund cash. Of course, it is also possible to exchange a purchase. Please note that the return period is 14 days and sale items cannot be returned.

  • No, unfortunately it is not possible to return your online order in one of our brand stores.

  • No, unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your online order for another item or another size. You can return the item and place a new order.

  • Oops, we have made a mistake when packing the item. We will gladly solve this for you! Feel free to contact our Customer Service. They we will help you immediately. Please have your order number ready.

  • Do you want to return multiple orders in the same box? No problem! Just place all the items in a box and include a note listing all the separate order numbers. This way we will know which orders your return contains.

  • The same return conditions apply to items purchased from us at a discount as for full price items.

  • That would be annoying, but we are not responsible for damage to or loss of your returned product. Therefore, you should always keep the Track & Trace code and the proof of shipping. Should your shipment arrive damaged or even be lost, you can hold the shipper liable.

  • If you have paid with a gift card and you return items, the amount will be refunded to the same gift card. This means that the gift card in question can then be used again.

  • A discount code is calculated per product. Therefore, with a refund the discount code will be also calculated per product, just the same as in the checkout.

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to register a return in our return portal outside the established return period of 14 days.


    Outside this statutory return period, it is still possible to return the package: the refund will be in the form of a credit voucher. If you were not able to return the order in time, please contact service@summumwoman.com to organize this.
