Shipping costs vary per zone. More information about the different zones can be found below. All packages within the EU are delivered with DHL or DPD. Other countries are delivered with DHL Express.

We process your order rather quickly. For this reason, we cannot change or cancel your order after you have placed it. If you change your mind, you can easily return your order in our returns portal within 14 days of receipt. Scroll further down to find more information about return rates.

Please note: When you want you order delivered in a non-EU country such as the United Kingdom, Switzerland or Norway, import costs may apply. These costs are not covered by Summum. We do not charge Dutch VAT on these orders.

Return within 14 days using the included return label and drop it off at a Service Point.

Return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Please note: returns from non-EU countries are at the buyer's risk. If the order has not been returned in our returns portal, the return is also at the risk of the buyer.
